|Shipping to the US and Canada is $15 via UPS. Orders over $150 ship free.

|Duties and Taxes
|Orders to the US under $800 will not have duties added to their order. Customs duties and/or taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
|Lost or Stolen Packages
|We are not responsible and do not refund for any lost or stolen packages.
|Shipping Damage and Product Defects
|Claims for product defects, shipping damages, or shortages, must be made within 7 days of receiving the product. Please inspect your shipment immediately. Please keep original packaging so that we may make a claim. All returns must be discussed with Xenia Taler Design Inc.
|Colour Accuray and Variation
|We strive to represent merchandise accurately but there may be slight differences in color due to variation in monitors and software.
|We do not offer refunds for returns at this time.
|All sale items are final sale.
|Returns and Exchanges
|We will happily accept exchanges of full-priced merchandise within 14 days of purchase for item exchange or store credit only. We cannot refund original shipping charges so additional shipping charges will apply in the event of an exchange.
All returns must be new, unused, and returned with the original boxes and packaging, accompanied by the receipt (or a copy).
Please email us with the reason for your return and to help us arrange a return shipping label for you.
In the event that you don't use our shipping label, the merchandise must be insured for the full value of the item. Package should be shipped with duties/taxes/freight pre-paid. C.O.D. shipments will not be accepted. Package must be traceable and must require a signature upon delivery (e.g. Fedex, UPS or registered mail).
